Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking four boxes of adenosine injection, NSN 6505-01-724-4068, supplied as a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution in normal saline. The item is specified as ten 2 mL single-dose vials per box, with no preservatives, and must be stored at controlled room temperature rather than refrigerated. Delivery is required within five days after order, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with the stated DLA medical packaging requirements, and the material must be marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
