Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for Lactated Ringer's Injection, Lactated, USP, 1,000 mL, 12s, under NSN 6505-01-330-6267. The requirement includes 15 units for one destination and 2 units for another, for a total quantity of 17 units. The item is FDA-regulated and identified with B. Braun Medical Inc. part numbers L7500 and NDC 00264-7750-00. Supplies must be commercially packaged and marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and applicable packaging requirements. The product must be protected from excessive heat and freezing, has a 30-month non-extendable shelf-life requirement, and must be delivered within 20 days after award to the specified military destinations. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
