Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 12 packages of surgical lubricant under NSN 6505-01-063-9993: three packages under purchase request 7018383584 and nine packages under purchase request 7018383585. Each package contains 144 units. The product must be bacteriostatic, water-soluble, greaseless, and unscented, with a 36-month total shelf life and at least 31 months of remaining shelf life upon receipt by the first Government activity. The item is FDA-regulated and must meet applicable medical packaging, labeling, marking, inspection, domestic-material, and shelf-life requirements. Delivery is FOB destination within five days after delivery-order issuance to the U.S. Army support activity in Powidz, Poland. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated return date; the solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
