Description
The City of Branson is seeking a qualified contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for overhead, bi-fold, ADA, entryway, and emergency doors, including their electrical and mechanical components, at various city buildings. Services include regular and emergency response, preventive maintenance, labor, parts and materials, waste disposal, and warranty support. The contractor must provide written not-to-exceed estimates before work begins, respond within 48 hours for regularly scheduled work and within two hours for after-hours emergencies, and comply with applicable safety regulations. The initial contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with up to three additional successive one-year extensions at the City's option. Pricing is requested for technician and apprentice/laborer labor, annual preventive maintenance, materials and parts markup, and subcontracted-work markup. Bids must be submitted electronically through Euna OpenBids by November 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central; mailed, hand-delivered, faxed, and emailed bids will not be accepted. The solicitation requires the RFB Form, addenda acknowledgment, Pricing Page, Affidavit of Compliance, and Immigration/E-Verify Affidavit. A bid bond is not required, while performance and payment bonds are required after award if applicable under the stated contract conditions.
