Description
This solicitation seeks administration and technical support services for the Defense Travel System (DTS) for Headquarters, U.S. Army Central (USARCENT). The contract will require two Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) personnel to provide expert technical and administrative support for DTS operations, including system integrity management, organizational hierarchy management, adherence to Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support. The requirement includes a 10-day Transition Period, one Base Year, and three 12-month Option Years, with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2026. A separate Time-and-Materials (T&M) Surge Labor CLIN is included for emergency operations. Contractor personnel must possess and maintain a SECRET security clearance and required DTMO Trax certifications. This acquisition is issued as a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside. Offerors must be certified participants in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program under NAICS code 541611. Registration in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and System for Award Management (SAM) is required. Award will be based on technical acceptability, price, past performance, and a transition plan. Key dates include Questions Due Date: June 19, 2026, and Quote Closing Date: July 3, 2026.
