Memphis-Shelby County Schools is soliciting sealed bids for four ventless cook-and-hold ovens with 208V, single-phase power. Bidders must provide fixed pricing for all listed items using the official bid form; the bid term is one year, with prices remaining firm for that period. The approved-brand attachment identifies Crescor as an approved brand. The submission package includes the completed official bid form and required certifications and affidavits, including non-collusion, debarment, anti-bribery, addenda acknowledgment, non-discrimination, Tennessee non-boycott of Israel, Iran Divestment Act, and applicable federal lobbying certifications.
