Description
Bayou Pierre Water System, Inc. is soliciting bids for construction improvements to its water production and treatment system to address emerging contaminants. The contractor must hold a Louisiana State Contractor’s Board license classification for water well drilling and comply with Build America, Buy America requirements for covered materials, as well as applicable labor, equal opportunity, bonding, and insurance requirements. The project is not tax exempt. Bidders must submit the proper bid form, a resolution authorizing the signatory, required bid security, and the specified signed bid and certification documents. All addenda must be acknowledged. The contractor must begin mobilization and material procurement within 10 working days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
