Description
Texas A&M University Athletics is seeking one vendor to establish a five-year master order for as-needed maintenance and repair services for concession equipment at its College Station campus. The scope includes labor, new or refurbished parts, consumable supplies, repairs, and turnkey installation. Equipment includes hot drawers, hot boxes, passthrough units, combi ovens, refrigerators, freezers, sandwich coolers, fryers, flattops, walk-in units, soda fountains, and related concession equipment. Repairs generally must be completed within three days, with a service technician onsite within two hours of a request unless additional time is approved. Installation must comply with campus safety and access procedures and include delivery, startup, cleanup, and repair of any vendor-caused property damage. Bidders must provide normal, overtime, holiday/weekend, and parts-discount pricing; maintain firm pricing; provide a minimum one-year warranty on parts and accessories; and submit three references from the past two years for similar projects. The agreement will be awarded to one vendor on an all-or-none basis, with work and supplies ordered as needed.
