Description
The Department of the Army is soliciting bids for 324 units of aluminum bronze strip. The material must be flat bar stock, measuring 49.55 inches long, 0.38 inches wide, and 0.197 inches thick, with specific tolerances for length, width, and thickness. The aluminum bronze must conform to ASTM B150 (for C62400) or ASTM B505/B505M (for C95400HT or C95500) with specified minimum mechanical properties including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and Rockwell hardness. A CDRL #2 and inspection are required. The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and all responses must be submitted electronically via email to coby.r.brickner.civ@army.mil.
