Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is seeking to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply and delivery of various metal supplies. These supplies include structural steel (pipe, tube, angles, channels, beams, bars, plates, sheets, flats, rounds), special alloys (projectile material, aircraft quality aluminum, tool steel, non-ferrous alloys), and special metals (aluminum, copper, stainless, brass, nickel), as well as other metals like titanium and carbide endmills. The BPA will have a period of performance of five years from the award date or until the not-to-exceed limit of $9,000,000.00 is reached, whichever occurs first. Orders will be issued as firm-fixed-price BPA Call orders, with individual requirements not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and a maximum BPA Call value of $250,000.00. The solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses, with NAICS Code 33110 and a size standard of 1500 employees. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered.
