Description
The contractor shall provide comprehensive inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection and life-safety systems at the Eastern Air Defense Sector. The scope covers fire alarm and detection systems, automatic sprinklers, a Halon system, electric fire pumps, a kitchen fire-suppression system, three fire hydrants, and 60 portable fire extinguishers. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control, comply with applicable NFPA and government requirements, maintain required licenses and certifications, and perform emergency repair and deficiency-reporting services. Services are to be performed on site during the stated weekday service hours, with telework not authorized. The contract includes a 12-month base year and four 12-month option years, for a maximum period of 60 months. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside, requires a complete quote for all items, and uses firm-fixed-price line items. Quotes must be submitted using the attached SF 1449 by email.
