Description
The U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for six factory-new, brand-name APC/Schneider uninterruptible power supply configurations ranging from 15 to 40 kVA. The requested equipment includes Galaxy VS and Symmetra PX units, maintenance bypass equipment, battery strings, power distribution units, breakers, accessories, manuals, and related components identified in Attachment No. 3, Solution Components Breakout Detail. Delivery is required 90 days after receipt of order, FOB destination. Government electricians will perform installation, but the contractor must provide APC or OEM-certified service and installation technicians, factory-trained customer engineers, or field technicians to certify installation to OEM specifications and start up the systems. Third-party vendors are not authorized, and the quote must include proof of partnership with the OEM. Used, refurbished, remanufactured, or pre-owned equipment will not be accepted. Offerors must also complete the attached representations and certifications and provide warranty terms at least as favorable as those customarily offered to the general public.
