Description
The University of Wyoming seeks a browser-based software-as-a-service solution to automate candidate reference checks for benefited positions and selected non-benefited positions. The solution must support multiple checks per candidate, customizable question templates, fraud detection, automated reminders, and integration with Oracle Recruiting Cloud. It should provide analytics and exportable reports, an accessible and mobile-friendly user experience, U.S.-based data storage, security and privacy controls, and clear data ownership arrangements. The supplier will describe its implementation approach and timeline, change management, onboarding, training, ongoing support, technical architecture, accessibility, and relevant experience. Proposals must include a detailed, itemized cost structure, three references, and responses to the scope requirements. The University anticipates implementation beginning in Q2 2027, with full deployment targeted for July 2027 or earlier.
