Description
Laramie County Public Works is seeking bids for up to four current-production, heavy-duty, six-wheel motor graders comparable in capacity to the Caterpillar 150 or John Deere 772GP. The base bid must include a 14-foot moldboard, rear ripper/scarifier, Balderson front hitch and hydraulic lift group compatible with the County’s existing attachments, and specified operator controls, cab equipment, lighting, cold-weather features, and other grader components. Vendors must provide machine specifications, pricing, warranty and service commitments, telematics, manuals, operator and mechanic training, and a seven-year buy-back value. Separate pricing may be offered for factory all-wheel drive, a Henke six-way folding V-plow or equivalent, a sealed or high-performance circle, and a ripper-mounted wheel compactor. The bid package requires a completed bid submittal, including the bid form and acknowledgment. The sample agreement is for reference only and is not to be signed with the bid.
