The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for chiller maintenance services at the Rockland Psychiatric Center, located at 140 Old Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg, NY 10962. The contract will cover preventive maintenance for chiller systems and ancillary equipment, as well as time and material repairs. Key dates for this solicitation include a mandatory site visit on June 5th, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET. Questions are due by June 12th, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET, with responses to be issued on June 16th, 2026. Bids are due no later than June 23rd, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. Electronic bids must be submitted via email to Celina.siakala@omh.ny.gov and Bids@omh.ny.gov. The solicitation also includes participation goals for Minority/Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) at 30% (16% MBE, 14% WBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) at 6%.
