Description
The United Nations Development Programme, working with Namibia’s Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy, seeks one certified EMPRETEC master-training provider for the 2026 EMPRETEC Namibia Pilot Project. The contractor will screen and shortlist applicants, prepare training materials, deliver four intensive six-day Entrepreneurship Training Workshops for approximately 35 participants each, and support a possible Training of Trainers session for local trainers. One workshop must focus on people with disabilities and MSMEs offering disability-related solutions. The scope also includes applying the EMPRETEC behavior-based methodology, conducting participant assessments and coaching, supporting certification of the Namibia EMPRETEC Center, maintaining required records, and submitting participant data, attendance records, evaluation forms, debrief materials, and comprehensive post-training reports. The contract is for professional services, with an expected three-month duration and three milestone-based payments tied to screening, completion of the workshops and draft report, and the final training report.
