The U.S. Army National Guard requires turnkey replacement of an existing F-24 aviation fuel pump and motor skid assembly and the mechanical register section of the fuel metering system. The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, specialized tools, materials, rigging, installation, alignment, testing, and cleanup. Required components include a direct replacement centrifugal pump, a 40 HP, 3,600 RPM, 460V, three-phase, 60 Hz explosion-proof motor, skid mounting base, shaft coupling, and Veeder-Root Model 789000-001 mechanical printer register section or equivalent meeting the stated requirements. The work includes lockout/tagout, fuel recovery, removal and installation, precision laser alignment, piping and electrical reconnection, leak inspection, functional testing, hazardous-area compliance, and removal of fuel-contaminated waste. The proposed integrated system must be suitable for Class I hazardous locations and comply with applicable UFC, API, NFPA, and environmental requirements. A technical proposal, completed FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications, and a contractor-developed quality control program are required with the quote; past-performance information is not required unless specifically requested.
