Description
This formal invitation to bid seeks a subcontractor for Bid Package 1-35, Appliance Installation, as part of the Vancouver Fire Station 8 seismic upgrade. The scope includes furnishing and installing residential appliances, coordinating receipt, providing labor and connection materials, making utility connections, testing and adjustment, cleanup, and protecting the work through substantial completion. The appliance package includes a coffee maker, dishwashers, an ice/water dispenser, a microwave, a 48-inch gas range, refrigerators, washers, dryers, an undercounter refrigerator, a laboratory refrigerator, and a stacked washer/dryer. Bids are lump-sum and must be submitted electronically with the required bid form and applicable bid bond. The work is part of a defined construction project with scheduled substantial and final completion dates.
