Description
The Capitol Region Education Council (CREC), acting as the administrative agent for the Regional Education Service Center (RESC) Alliance Food Trust (RAFT), is soliciting proposals for milk products. RAFT is a public purchasing consortium comprised of school districts in Connecticut. The successful proposer will contract directly with and invoice each individual member school district. The products must meet USDA meal pattern requirements for various child nutrition programs and comply with Buy American provisions. Vendors must also maintain a HACCP-based food safety program and ensure products are delivered in sanitary conditions. The contract will be for an initial term of three years with the option for two one-year renewals.
