Description
Agua Fria Union High School District is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors for a variety of items including awards, recognition products, printing services, banners, signage, promotional products, and apparel. These items will be used for District schools, departments, athletic programs, student organizations, and special events. The District intends to establish contracts with one or more vendors capable of providing high-quality products, competitive pricing, responsive customer service, and timely delivery. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term, with no guaranteed quantity or expenditure. The District may make multiple awards based on vendor qualifications, product offerings, pricing, service capabilities, and overall best value. Services and products required include, but are not limited to: - Awards and Recognition Products: Plaques, trophies, medals, ribbons, certificates, name badges, engraving services, and academic/athletic awards. - Printing Services: Flyers, brochures, posters, invitations, postcards, business cards, and marketing materials. - Banners and Display Products: Vinyl banners, retractable banners, flags, and table throws. - Signage: Directional, safety, campus, window, wall, vehicle graphics, and yard signs. - Promotional Products: Lanyards, wristbands, key tags, mugs, tote bags, and other branded merchandise. - Apparel: T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, and spirit wear.
