Description
The Village of Hammondsport is soliciting sealed bids for its DPW Building Project. Bids are requested for multiple prime contracts, including General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work. The project documents have been prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC. Bidding documents are available for examination and electronic download from various sources, including Dataflow, Inc. via www.nyplanroom.com for a non-refundable fee. Printed sets are available for a refundable fee upon return of the documents within 30 days of contract award or bid rejection. All official notifications and addenda will be distributed through the designated web portal. Questions regarding the project must be received by June 22, 2026, and directed to Mike Pelino at Hunt Engineers via email. Bidders must comply with New York State Labor Law requirements, including providing a Certificate of Registration. A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for June 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the Project Site, 7976 Back Valley Road.
