Description
The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to furnish and install a 197-foot-long straight metal canopy over the existing employee entrance sidewalk at Western Mental Health Institute. The project also includes a 6- to 8-foot raised roof section to provide covered pull-under access for food trucks, delivery trucks, and box trucks. The completed canopy must provide full weather protection, meet applicable building-code and industry standards for structural load capacity and uplift, accommodate emergency egress, and comply with state and local building, life-safety, and fire codes.
