Description
The Probate Court of Decatur County, Tennessee has issued Letters of Testamentary for the estate of Linda Brawley Mays. Creditors are required to file claims with the Clerk on or before the earlier of four months from the first publication of this notice (if the creditor received a copy at least 60 days before that deadline) or 60 days from receipt of the notice (if received less than 60 days before the four-month deadline), or twelve months from the decedent's date of death (June 2, 2026). Claims not filed by the applicable deadline will be forever barred.
