Description
The State of Missouri Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, is soliciting bids for renovation of the kitchen and food service building at Moberly Correctional Center. The work includes removing steam-system connections and obsolete equipment, providing an updated kettle system, replacing slip-resistant quarry tile flooring, installing stainless-steel wall protection in wet areas, relocating existing ovens beneath kitchen hoods, and replacing selected interior and exterior doors. The project also includes related mechanical, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, foodservice-equipment, fire-protection, and finish work. The contractor must coordinate construction phasing and correctional-facility security requirements, provide and install specified foodservice equipment and refrigeration systems, and comply with prevailing-wage, participation-goal, bonding, insurance, and other bid-document requirements.
