Description
The Town seeks a qualified, certified reappraisal contractor to complete a town-wide reappraisal for its 2031 Grand List. Work includes cyclical inspections of improved properties beginning in 2027; review and correction of property data; analysis of sales, income, expenses, and rental information; development of land schedules and valuation models; and entry of updates into the existing Vision CAMA system. The contractor will produce updated property record cards, valuation manuals and supporting reports, assist with assessment notices and appeals, and provide monthly status reports. The project is expected to conclude in June 2031, and the contract will be awarded on a fixed-fee basis.
