Description
The City of Claremont Department of Public Works seeks one new, current-production, four-wheel-drive backhoe loader, furnished as a complete turnkey unit and delivered assembled, inspected, and ready for service. Specifications include an enclosed heated and air-conditioned cab, diesel engine, loader and backhoe equipment, hydraulic systems, lighting, controls, safety features, and attachments such as pallet forks, excavation and grading buckets, and a ripper tooth. The unit must meet the stated minimum operating weight and applicable federal and state regulations. Proposals must include detailed specifications, itemized pricing, a delivery schedule, warranty documentation, and the proposed delivery date. The price should cover the backhoe, extended warranty, and accessories; any recommended mission-critical options must be priced separately, and deviations from the specifications must be identified. No trade-in is planned.
