Description
The Town of Payson, as sponsor of Payson Municipal Airport, is requesting offers from qualified developers, contractors, businesses, and service providers for the design, development, construction, and operation of facilities on airport property. The primary need is for new aircraft hangars to accommodate growing demand for based aircraft, although the Town will also consider aviation-related uses such as aircraft maintenance and aviation training facilities, as well as compatible non-aeronautical development on sites without direct runway or taxiway access. Offerors must submit a complete development concept addressing the proposed facility type, size, layout, operations, site access, parking, taxiway connections where applicable, support facilities, safety and security features, sustainability measures, construction and implementation schedule, materials and equipment, estimated costs, financing or payment arrangements, and any proposed lease or revenue structure. The submission must also include company qualifications and comparable project experience, a sustainability plan, a safety and security plan, and at least two client references for comparable projects with current contact information.
