Description
The project involves constructing approximately 750 feet of 42-inch reinforced concrete pipe storm drain and approximately 1,000 feet of 18-inch irrigation pipeline. The storm drain will extend between Shiloh Road and Country Manor Boulevard, while the irrigation pipeline will connect two existing irrigation diversion boxes. Associated work includes storm drain manholes, irrigation pipeline access tees, grading, fencing, seeding, and surface improvements. Bids must include a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide performance and labor-and-materials payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount, and provide required insurance documentation. The contractor and its subcontractors must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry.
