Description
Dauphin County seeks a contractor to provide janitorial and cleaning services Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays, at multiple Magisterial District Judge offices and the Adult Probation building. Work includes cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, sinks, water fountains, trash cans, floors, carpets, rugs, lobby glass, and doors. The County will provide cleaning and paper products at the MDJ buildings; the contractor must provide other supplies necessary to perform the work unless otherwise specified. The initial contract term is two years beginning January 1, 2027, or when the contract is fully executed, through December 31, 2028, with an option to renew for one additional year. Bidders must provide a bid bond or certified good-faith check of at least 10% of the bid amount. The submission package includes a pricing sheet, vendor identification, cleaning references, a signature page, and a non-collusion affidavit. A pre-proposal meeting and site visits are scheduled for November 5, 2026; attendance is strongly encouraged.
