Description
The City of Cheyenne is soliciting sealed bids for one new 2026-or-newer regular-cab, 4x4 truck with a diesel engine, dual rear wheels, a minimum 19,500-pound GVWR, and a 12-foot forestry chipper dump bed. The revised specifications require detailed drivetrain, braking, tire, cab, trailer-hitch, radio, safety, lighting, paint, storage, and accessory features. The chipper body must provide approximately 15 cubic yards of capacity, an electric-over-hydraulic hoist, galvanized construction, storage boxes, a ladder box, lighting, alarms, undercoating, and specified warranties. The successful bidder must provide installation, manuals, warranty documentation, delivery, title, and other equipment documentation. The bid includes a trade-in of a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 chipper truck. Bidders must submit the completed pricing proposal, vendor questionnaire, and marked Addendum One revised specifications, along with any applicable bid guarantee and Wyoming residency documentation.
