Description
The United States Coast Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for the supply and delivery of specified Spirax Sarco steam-system components for USCGC Healy (WAGB 20). The requirement includes 18 PC20 universal connectors, 12 UFT32 universal float and thermostatic steam traps, six UBP32 universal balanced-pressure thermostatic steam traps, and one VB-VS combination vacuum breaker and balanced-pressure air vent. No substitutions are permitted. The quotation must clearly identify the items offered and demonstrate strict compliance with the Statement of Work. Evaluation will be based on pass/fail technical capability, pass/fail past performance, and total price; award is expected to go to the responsible offeror with the lowest evaluated price among acceptable quotations. Prices must be firm-fixed and all-inclusive. Offerors must identify anticipated subcontractors and provide each subcontractor’s contact information, work scope, and percentage of work. The requirement is a 100% total small-business set-aside.
