Description
The Edgewater West Community Development District is requesting proposals for a fixed-price construction contract covering the labor, materials, equipment, and construction services needed for its Flood Compensation Project. The work consists of excavating floodplain compensation storage to offset floodplain impacts associated with future development within the Edgewater West community. Proposers must hold all required local, state, and federal licenses in good standing and be authorized to do business in Osceola County and Florida. The proposal must include the required proposal forms, one original, one electronic PDF copy, a Schedule of Values in Microsoft Excel and PDF formats, and all electronic documents on a USB flash drive. A bid bond or cashier's check equal to 5% of the total bid is required. The successful proposer must furnish payment and performance bonds equal to 115% of the contract value upon award.
