Description
Stamford Downtown Special Services District is requesting proposals from a full-service production company for the single-day Heights & Lights holiday event on December 6, 2026. The scope covers production management and equipment for Landmark Square and Latham Park, including stages with railings and stairs, large line-array sound systems, sound boards, wireless microphones, band equipment, projection screens, 12K projectors, a video mixer, laptop, holiday-themed theatrical lighting, spotlights with operators, and a keyboard. The contractor must provide all labor for equipment installation and removal and attend inspections required by fire marshals and city officials. Proposals must describe the equipment to be used, staffing plan, company background, and references for similar work. Required insurance includes general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation/employers liability, and umbrella coverage, with specified limits and additional-insured, waiver-of-subrogation, and cancellation-notice provisions.
