Description
The City of Montebello is seeking qualified vendor(s) to provide and deliver janitorial supplies and related products to City departments and facilities on an as-needed basis. Requested products include cleaning chemicals and disinfectants, restroom and paper products, hand soap and sanitizer, trash bags and liners, cleaning tools and equipment, floor- and carpet-care products, odor-control products, and other facility-maintenance supplies. Vendors must provide competitive pricing, maintain product availability and distribution capabilities, deliver orders to designated City facilities, provide product information and Safety Data Sheets when applicable, support emergency or expedited delivery when available, provide itemized invoices, manage substitutions and returns, and designate a customer-service representative. The City will purchase only products actually ordered and received and does not guarantee a minimum quantity or dollar amount. The solicitation requests vendor information, product catalog or product information, pricing and incentives, additional information, and at least three similar-customer references using the provided reference sheet.
