Description
The MetroHealth System seeks a comprehensive historical archive solution and associated services to preserve and provide secure, searchable access to Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, audit, compliance, legal, and related historical information from its Infor/Lawson ERP environment. The scope includes discovery and inventory, data extraction and transformation, preservation of business context and relationships, retention and legal-hold management, validation and reconciliation, reporting and analytics support, security and identity integration, and archive access for authorized users. The selected respondent will also support the transition from Lawson to Workday, retirement of integrations and infrastructure, controlled shutdown and final decommissioning, training, knowledge transfer, stabilization, and ongoing support. Proposals must address deployment options, architecture, implementation methodology, staffing, comparable healthcare and Infor/Lawson experience, security and compliance, pricing, data portability, subcontracting and offshoring, and a ten-year total cost of ownership. The solicitation identifies a required MetroHealth IT Architecture and Security RFP Questionnaire and requests responses through MetroHealth's public bid website.
