Description
Bristol Community College is seeking proposals for approximately 1,100 diploma covers per year, delivered to the college. The required product is a dark green padded leather-look folder with a short-side hinge, sized to hold an 8.5-by-11-inch horizontal diploma insert. The interior must use white cut silk moiré, with green ribbon corners on the right side, and the college name must be centered and stamped in gold on the cover. Vendors must provide one sample diploma cover for review. The initial contract term is expected to run from November 2026 through June 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms. Respondents must provide company information, pricing for unit cost, shipping and handling, artwork setup, redesign, and other applicable charges, as well as at least five references for comparable higher-education diploma work. Proposals must include the specified company information, non-collusion statement, tax compliance certification, and W-9 documentation.
