Description
The U.S. Department of Energy is soliciting proposals for comprehensive management, operations, and maintenance services for the Hanford 222-S Laboratory Complex. The scope includes analytical operations for tank waste and environmental samples; facility operations; engineering; environmental, safety, health, and quality assurance; safeguards and security; interface management; and business services. The solicitation also includes integrated laboratory operations, usage-based services, transition activities, specialized analytical instrumentation and equipment support, hazardous and mixed-waste management, maintenance and calibration, facility and equipment upgrades, regulatory compliance, environmental monitoring, data management, nuclear safety and engineering, human resources, financial controls, contracts and supply chain, and related program support. The initial period of performance is stated as September 2, 2027, through September 1, 2032, with additional option-period line items identified. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 562910.
