Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting seven registered nurses to provide non-personal ambulatory and urgent care nursing services at Four Corners Regional Health Center. Duties include patient assessment and care planning, treatments, documentation, medication administration, immunizations, intravenous therapy, venipuncture, medical-surgical care, patient education, and floating to other nursing departments as needed. Services are scheduled Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with schedules subject to facility needs. Each nurse must have at least 24 months of nursing experience, including a minimum of two years in ambulatory or medical-surgical nursing unless otherwise approved, a current unrestricted nursing license, and mandatory Basic Life Support certification. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, uniforms, personal medical instruments, staffing continuity, fitness-for-duty documentation, immunization records, background-investigation support, and compliance with HIPAA and IHS requirements. The solicitation requires a signed SF-1449, IEE Representation Form, technical capability proposal, resumes, licenses, certifications, proof of liability insurance, performance schedule, retention and replacement plan, and detailed pricing for the base and option periods. All submission volumes must be separate PDF files.
