Description
Farmers Mutual Community Ditch is soliciting sealed bids for the Farmers Mutual Community Ditch Piping Project. The work includes removing approximately 1,661 linear feet of existing concrete channel; installing approximately 90 linear feet of new concrete channel and 1,550 linear feet of 60-inch double-walled high-density polyethylene pipe; grading, subgrade preparation, bedding, fill material, and finish grading; and constructing a 24-foot concrete transition between the headwall and existing channel. The project also includes installing three Waterman C-10 canal gates, tying into existing irrigation pipes, constructing headwalls at both pipe ends, realigning approximately 550 feet of channel to accommodate pipe bends, and installing a concrete sediment wall near an existing pump-station intake. Attendance at the September 15, 2026, pre-bid conference is mandatory to qualify to submit a bid. Contract documents, plans, and bidding forms must be requested by email, and bidders must complete the acknowledgment form in the project manual to be listed as plan holders and receive addenda.
