Description
The Alabama Department of Human Resources seeks language-line services to verify the competency of existing staff and volunteer interpreters and identify areas for improvement. Requested assessments include language proficiency, bilingual fluency (including a clinician assessment), interpreter readiness, interpreter skills, and medical and court certification tests. Delivery is online and live by phone, with some assessments available only by phone or in select languages online. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Payment is net 30, in arrears, with no invoicing before service completion. The solicitation lists a total cost of $0.00.
