Description
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide initial and recurring cleaning and maintenance for an 84-point Combat Arms Firing Range. Work includes cleaning bullet traps and firing positions, HEPA vacuuming, quarterly pressure washing, D-Lead wipe-downs, air-compressor servicing, bullet-trap auger lubrication, dust-collection-unit filter servicing, and maintenance of related range equipment. The contractor must manage and dispose of lead- and copper-contaminated dust, used filters, PPE, and other hazardous materials in accordance with installation requirements, including use of properly sealed and labeled UN-rated steel drums. Personnel handling hazardous materials must hold current HAZWOPER certification. The base period runs from November 10, 2026, through November 9, 2027, with one option year through November 9, 2028. Quotes must include pricing, a technical quote, a waste-management plan, product or system documentation, HAZWOPER certifications, and responses to the SF 1449 requirements.
