Repair the accessible entrance door identified as ID#144000210 at the Lurleen B. Wallace Building. The work includes supplying and installing a motor latch retraction kit, an ED250 CL single push 48 operator with a 4x6 narrow header, and a black LZR-FLATSCAN kit with two sensors, cables, and accessories, plus travel and labor. Work performed and parts and labor must be covered by a one-year warranty. The contractor must be licensed in the applicable jurisdiction, have demonstrated experience with large-scale commercial or government projects, comply with OSHA and facility safety requirements, and perform the work without subcontractors. Work must be completed within five consecutive days, subject to additional days if weather prevents completion. Work is limited to weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; the entrance must be secured before departure without creating egress issues. A site visit is required.
