Description
The State of Idaho, through the Division of Public Works, is requesting qualifications from design professionals for the remodel of the Human Development Center Building 82 at Idaho State University. The project includes selective demolition, interior reconfiguration, architectural finishes, HVAC modifications, and electrical, low-voltage, audiovisual, and technology upgrades to support educational, administrative, and clinical spaces. The design professional will provide programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, approvals, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout. The project budget is $1,283,000, including an estimated construction budget of $1,026,400. The facility will remain occupied, requiring coordination and potential phasing to minimize disruption to ongoing clinical operations. Addendum No. 001 requires responders to acknowledge the addendum on the cover sheet and clarifies that SOQ submittals are due at the Division of Public Works in Boise by 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on September 8, 2026.
