Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons' Federal Detention Center Houston is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for 163,800 half-pint containers of pasteurized, unflavored whole milk. The milk must comply with the specified federal standard of identity and be packaged in either 8-fluid-ounce aseptic packages or plastic bottles. The contractor must deliver 12,600 units every Tuesday from October 6 through December 29, 2026. Quotes will be evaluated on price and past performance, including delivery reliability and product quality. Vendors must return the completed RFQ document and bid sheets with their submissions and maintain quoted prices for 60 days after the solicitation closes.
