Description
The City of Valparaiso, Indiana is soliciting letters of interest from qualified firms to perform engineering and related services for the Barrel District-TOD Trail project. The project involves new trail construction on Napoleon Street and includes phases such as environmental document preparation (CE), topographical survey data collection, non-complex roadway design, level 1 bridge design, right-of-way plan development, project management for acquisition services, title search, appraisal, appraisal review, and construction inspection. The estimated construction amount is $4 million, and federal funding is involved. The contract term is until project completion. The DBE goal is 0%.
