The U.S. Forest Service seeks a contractor to furnish, haul, and install one precast concrete single-vault restroom at Treasure Mountain Lake. The work includes mobilization and transportation, excavation, clearing and grubbing, aggregate bedding, backfill, grading, waste disposal, cleanup, and installation of the restroom building and accessories, including an owl/bird guard. The vault restroom must meet specified structural, accessibility, concrete, ventilation, finishes, hardware, and vault-capacity requirements. The contractor must provide pricing for every schedule item and submit a signed SF 1442, acknowledgment of amendments, completed schedule of items, technical approach, past-performance information, and period of acceptance for offers. The anticipated contract is firm fixed price, with performance beginning after notice to proceed and a 60-calendar-day performance period. The project includes construction submittals such as a stream-protection plan, traffic-control plan, construction schedule, quality-control plan, permits and certificates, testing reports, as-built drawings, manufacturer literature, stamped shop drawings, design calculations, concrete delivery certificates, and aggregate documentation.
