Description
The Town of Amherst is soliciting sealed bids for site and civil work associated with improvements at Willowdale Park. Bids must include four copies and be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the bidder and project information. Each bid must include either a certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide a security bond in the amount of the contract and execute the contract within 15 days of acceptance. Hard-copy plans are available for a nonrefundable $140 fee, and electronic downloads are available for a nonrefundable $49 fee.
