Description
The Fayette County Board of Education is soliciting bids from qualified general contractors for the renovation of Crabapple Lane Elementary School, located in Peachtree City, Georgia. The project encompasses all labor, materials, and services necessary for the construction as defined in the plans and specifications. Bidding is limited to general contractors licensed in the State of Georgia for the size and scope of the project, with a continuous license for at least five years prior to the bid date. Bidders must visit the site for existing conditions review prior to submitting a bid. The contract, if awarded, will be a Stipulated Sum agreement using AIA Document A101, 2017 Edition. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of at least 5% of the base bid, and performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of the contract price will be required at contract execution.
