Description
The City of Smithville is soliciting sealed proposals for construction of the Second Creek multiuse trail. The work includes grading, concrete trail pavement, pedestrian facilities, sidewalk curb ramps, and drainage improvements. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Smithville City Hall. Bids must be submitted on the proposal form provided in the specifications, in a sealed envelope marked with Bid No. 26-14. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to at least 5% of the bid amount is required. Plans and specifications are available through Drexel Technologies.
