Description
Fulton County is soliciting sealed bids for landscape maintenance services at the South Fulton Maintenance and Operations Center Demonstration Gardens, covering approximately 0.95 acres of pollinator and rain gardens. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for pruning, weeding, debris removal, fertilization, integrated pest management, pine straw and hardwood mulch applications, seasonal plantings, plant inventories, monthly or quarterly site walk-throughs, and quarterly pressure washing of benches and pathways. The scope also includes seasonal irrigation startup, inspections, adjustments, cleaning, repairs, and winter shutdown; installation of two metal posts for bat boxes and eight wooden posts for birdhouses and feeders; creation and installation of six weather-resistant interpretive signs; and additional approved services such as plant replacement, planter work, and irrigation repairs. A Georgia-licensed or registered Landscape Architect must be on staff. The contract has a two-year commencement term through December 31, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal terms.
